Shipping & Returns
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund with the original invoice included in the package. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
It is the buyer's responsibility to check the items for any damages upon receipt. Any damages upon receipt must be communicated to us within 7 business days from receipt of the order.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Please return any items purchased at a Costco Special Event back to your nearest Costco Warehouse.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. The buyer will be responsible for any corresponding duties and taxes on the shipment.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Currently, we can ship either by UPS or Fedex which will give you a quote at the checkout page. USPS shipping coming soon.
We offer free standard domestic shipping either by UPS ground or Fedex Ground.
Sales tax is charged to all orders shipped to California.
